Orchard Abloom, April 2016

Here are some photos of the orchard, with the bigger trees having been present when we bought the parcel, and others subsequently planted by Kathy. All but the last photo were taken with my iPhone 6S, and went directly from the camera to the blog. No Photoshop intervention. Imagine that!

Kathy has also planted lots of other trees, including chokecherry, american elm, mongolian crabapple, box elder, cottonwood, tree of heaven, hawthorn, pink locust and more! The white locust grove behind the house is starting to get leaves. It sends up new trees by runner all the time. Who knows where it will stop?
