On river left, at approximately K. 421, is a marvelously sculpted expanse of gneiss and granite rocks. It reminds me of a place in the Grand Canyon called the Doll’s House. So, I’m calling these rocks the Marañon Doll’s House.

Camp #22 was on river right, at K. 428, next to a sculpted cliff. There was a burro skeleton in the eddy.
