Yesterday, in Orilla Verde, I took photos of flowers, birds and scenery. I’m seeing more flowering hedgehog cacti – the claret cups and green hedgehogs. And the yucca has started.

The scenery along the Rio Grande at Orilla Verde is never disappointing. This is the most accessible piece of river in the Rio Grande del Norte National Monument
