Across the River, July 27, 2014

Our neighbor allows us to walk across his property, to access the bridge that crosses to another neighbor’s property on the other side of the river, and that neighbor allows us to use his bridge. This gives us access to some wild public land that extends back up to the surrounding mesa tops. So Kathy and I take short nature walks over there every once in a while. You’ll see three photos here of a flower by the name of Spectacle pod. It’s also called Tourist plant!
